to Historic Center Cemetery
Become a Friend of Center Cemetery Since 1988 volunteers from the Rocky Hill Historical Society have cataloged, mapped and documented over three-thousand gravestones. We lead gravestone cleaning in the summer and our Town Historian conducts exciting cemetery tours in the Fall. Having more friends will help with the ongoing needs of the cemetery. Join us!
Donate to Maintain the Gravestones The maintenance of gravestones, from the earliest 1731 to the present, are the responsibility of the deceased person’s family. Since many of these historic families are no longer with us, we have stepped in to help preserve and repair leaning, fallen and deteriorating gravestones.
